Hypnosis is a very safe way of helping the individual to enter a deep state of relaxation. In hypnotherapy, this relaxed state draws on the resources of the unconscious mind in a way which is not possible in the normal waking state. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) works together with hypnotherapy, enabling the individual to break old patterns and achieve goals. Treatment usually consists of one-hour sessions, the number of which varies according to the condition.
